Official Practise sessions are held all year round with dates shown on the Calendar. However if you want to get some serious track time in then the best option is to purchase The Practise Pass. You can Apply for a pass here

The Practise Pass entitles the holder of the pass free access to our Ledbury track on approved weekdays and weekends whenever race meetings or official timed practise sessions are not being run (see below for approved days)

Ledbury MCC - Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays

Holders of a practise pass will be able to access the track from 10.00 to 20.00 from 1st May to the 30th of September and from 10.00 to 18.00 for the rest of the year.


A pass holder can host up to 3 additional people providing they have BRCA membership and pay £5 each before heading to the track. Please email to confirm who is going


Details of Practise Pass membership:

  • Cost:

    • Ledbury - £30.00

  • Membership runs from 1st January to the 31st December

  • The Practise pass is open to anyone who has a valid BRCA membership.

  • The Pass entitles the holder to use of the track all year round for untimed practise on the days and during the hours shown above.


Rules of Practise Pass Membership:

  • The holder is responsible for ensuring the track is left tidy.

  • Any damage to the track must be reported.

  • If you are hosting any additional drivers they will need to have paid £5 via paypal.

  • If there are people already on the track please feel free to check they have passes and if not please report to the Track Crew

  • If anyone is using a bicycle on the track please report to the Track Crew.

  • There will be no access to either race control or storage containers unless the track crew is on site.

  • No timing system will be operational unless a member of the Track Crew is on site.

  • Please use the track sensibly and do not drive your car in such a way that it endangers others.

  • Should someone not be observing the above then please report to the Track Crew
